Sometimes we just need a little help.
When looking for a counsellor it can be daunting and sometimes overwhelming, i offer a free telephone consultation to help us get to know each other, understand what is bringing you to counselling and decide if you would like to then meet in person.
Let me tell you a little about myself:
I am a therapist that has been working with individuals and groups for more than 14 years, I have an extensive amount of experience of working with children and young people as well as adults and couples.
I have worked within various: community organisations, GP surgeries, educational establishments and local authority services.
I am happy to work with you for a few sessions upon various areas, or I can offer longer support to focus upon an area in your life that impacts you.
